Impossible de visiter Séoul en entier, vu l’immensité de la ville, à moins d’y rester plusieurs semaines ! Voici donc une liste de ses quelques quartiers principaux, pour vous aider !

Myeongdong :
Myeong-dong ou Myeongdong , littéralement « ville lumineuse » ou « quartier éclairé », est un dong (quartier) de l'arrondissement de Jung-gu de Séoul.
Il s’agit du quartier « ultra-touristique » de Séoul. Situé en plein centre-ville, vous y trouverez des dizaines de rues piétonnes parsemées de nombreuses enseignes, pour faire du shopping, ainsi que de gigantesques centres commerciaux. Vous pourrez y faire vos emplettes, notamment dans le fameux centre commercial Lotte.
Une partie de la popularité de Myeongdong provient des prix relativement abordables qui y règne; dans les différents magasins..
L’accès par le métro se fait depuis la Ligne 4, arrêt Myeongdong.
Myeong-dong or Myeongdong, literally a “bright city” or “bright neighborhood,” is a dong (neighborhood) in Seoul’s Jung-gu district.
This is Seoul’s “ultra-touristic” neighbourhood. Located in the city center, you will find dozens of pedestrian streets dotted with many signs, for shopping, as well as giant shopping centers. You can go shopping there, especially at the famous Lotte shopping center.

Bukchon :
Quartier traditionnel de Séoul, vous pourrez y passer un bon moment tranquille, en vous baladant dans les petites ruelles et en admirant les hanoks, ces maisons traditionnelles coréennes. Certaines sont même des chambres d’hôtels désormais, idéal pour une nuit typique, baigner dans l’esprit de la Corée. Le quartier se trouve également à proximité de l’Ancien Palais Royal.
On y accède facilement par le Métro Ligne 3, en s’arrêtant à Anguk ou Jongno-3 ga.

Hongdae :
C’est le quartier étudiant, et jeune par exellence ! Il tire son nom de l’Université de Hongik.
C’est à Hongdae que vous pourrez sortir, pour profiter d’une ambiance cool et détendue à Séoul. Ce quartier est vivant du matin au soir ! De nombreux bars, café et concepts amusants s’y trouve. Il est également connu pour ses boîtes de nuit, son street food, sa musique indépendante et ses arts de rue !
Pour aller à Hongdae, prendre le métro Ligne 1 et s’arrêter à Mapo.

It is in Hongdae that you can go out, to enjoy a cool and relaxed atmosphere in Seoul. This area is lively from morning to night! Many bars, cafes and fun concepts can be found here. It is also known for its nightclubs, street food, independent music and street arts!
To go to Hongdae, take metro Line 1 and stop in Mapo.
Ihwa :
Ihwa est un quartier réputé est très apprécié pour les photographes professionnels ou amateurs !
Le Ihwa Mural village se trouve à l’Est des 2 grands palais de Séoul. Vous y admirerez le meilleur du street art de Séoul. On y organise des tours afin de dénicher des fresques murales, plus impressionnantes les unes que les autres ! C’est une balade idéale, pour découvrir le côté artistique de la ville ! N’oubliez pas votre appareil photo !

Itaewon a la réputation d’être le quartier le plus international de Séoul. Dans ses rues, s’enchaînent les grandes enseignes internationales, ainsi que les nombreux bars et restaurants viennent du monde entier ! C’est également un quartier très vivant le soir, parfait pour faire des virées entre amis, on y trouve de nombreux expatriés venant des quatre coins de la planète !

Gangnam :
Pour finir, voici le quartier de Gangnam, au Sud de la capitale. Il n'est pas principalement touristique (bien que le quartier soit connu grâce à une certaine chanson…), C'est un quartier plutôt intéressant, si vous tenez à voir la partie "business" du Pays. C’est aussi un quartier très chic, où se trouve le plus grand centre commercial souterrain du monde, le COEX Center. C'est à Gangnam que l'on trouve les les hôtels les plus chics de la ville, ainsi que des boîtes plutôt branché pour sortir la nuit entre amis !
Gangnam:
Finally, this is the district of Gangnam, south of the capital. It is not primarily tourist (although the neighborhood is known through a certain song…), It is a rather interesting neighborhood, if you want to see the "business" part of the country. It is also a very chic area, home to the world’s largest underground shopping mall, the COEX Center. It is in Gangnam that one finds the most chic hotels of the city, as well as clubs rather trendy to go out at night with friends!
